WARRANTY POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our items and offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturer defects to ensure your satisfaction.
Coverage Period: All skiing products are warrantied for a period of one year from the date of purchase, exclusively against manufacturer defects.
Eligibility: This warranty is applicable only to products purchased from authorized dealers and is valid solely for the original purchaser. Please note that products acquired from third-party platforms or purchased second-hand are not covered under our warranty policy. Any alteration made to the products will void the warranty.
Proof of Purchase: To avail of warranty services, the original purchaser must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase. This serves as validation of the term of use.
Exclusions: The following instances are not covered under this warranty:
-Impact damage caused by contact with rails, boxes, rocks, stumps, dumpsters, parking lots, and/or other non-snow surfaces typically found in terrain parks.
-Skis that have been mounted more than once, exceeding allowable screw hole limits.
-Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
-Scratches, chips, or indentations in top sheets or base.
-Damage caused by ski-to-ski contact.
-Damage due to improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
-Graphic fading or discoloration resulting from misuse or neglect.
-Damage caused by chairlift breakage.
-Normal wear and tear.
-Damage resulting from anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
-Damage caused by the use of solvents and adhesives.
-Claims for consequential or incidental damages.
-Broken, damaged, or snapped skis/poles due to uncontrolled impact or crashes.
Voidance of Warranty: Any modification, change, or alteration to the product not explicitly authorized in writing will void the warranty.
Repairs and Replacements: Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty only.
Submission of Claims: All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer. The invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer.
All warranty submissions must include original order number and photos detailing damage, should be sent to surface@surfaceskis.com
HAND WRITTEN RECEIPTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY RAILS AND OTHER URBAN FEATURES IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s by UPS within 30 days of delivery. Products need to be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.
In order for your return to be processed more quickly, please...
1) Contact surface@surfaceskis.com about your requested return
2) Follow the shipping instructions that will be provided by Surface
3) Pack up your product carefully using the original packaging if possible. Remember to seal the parcel and place the pre-printed return label on the outside of the packing.
If you return the product in accordance with this return procedure, you will get a full refund within 48h of receiving the returned products at our warehouse.

*Free shipping in North America includes only the lower 48 states and Canada, different rates for Alaska & Hawaii apply.
Order fulfillment location will vary based on;
(1) Order location - we will make our best effort to fulfill your order from the closest fulfillment location to shipping destination.
(2) Inventory - We will ship from the closest warehouse location with product in stock
Shipping to:
UNITED STATES: Orders placed within the United States will ship from our warehouse in Vermont.
CANADA: Orders placed within the Cqanada will ship from our warehouse in Quebec.
EUROPE: Orders placed within Europe will ship from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.
REST OF WORLD: All other international orders will ship from US warehouse (Vermont).
